The Public Realm Committee is teaming up with EnviroCentre to promote Plant Your Place, the City of Ottawa’s private land tree planting program that provides free trees to residents of Ottawa. Applications are now open. Find out more on the program’s website: https://plantyourplace.ca

Did you know: the Dalhousie area has the least amount of tree canopy of all Ottawa neighbourhoods? The tree canopy in our neighbourhood is a mere 13%, which is substantially less than the city-wide average of 36%.
